1. Media Democracy Network: Form a Vancouver "media democracy network" that would meet regularly to discuss media issues and conspire for media democracy. Could be kind of like an autonomous local chapter of Campaign for Democratic Media. Although not in name or any other binding sense. Locally constituted and directed by it's members .

Besides just meeting to strategize, this network coul put together a local directory independent media. It could carry out a campaign to hit the streets/door-to-door with copies of these and other materials supportive of independent media, that would also encourage people sign up as supporters for MDD/CDM. A grassroots base for media dem is essential.
